The Philippine Navy band plays to welcome the USS Blue Ridge during a donation ceremony in front of an American flag, at the South Harbor in Manila, Philippines. The USS Blue Ridge is visiting the Philippines to deliver donated goods, conduct a medical mission and help build roads, schools and public buildings.
